180 SALES CONDITIONS TRANSPORT OF GOODS The goods are transported at the risk and peril of the customer. Therefore, we shall not be held responsible for any damage to the goods during transport. Any claims must only be made on delivery in order to promptly identify responsibility. The goods are considered ex-works. Therefore transport expenses shall always be borne by the purchaser. These conditions shall also apply if KRUPPS SRL hires a carrier on behalf of the purchaser. ORDERS Only written orders shall be accepted. Orders made by telephone are deemed valid according to the conditions confirmed by the office. DELIVERY The terms of delivery are: Four weeks for Standard material, from receipt of order confirmation signed for acceptance. Five weeks for Custom material, from receipt of order confirmation signed for acceptance. PACKAGING Included in the price. Standard cardboard packaging. SPECIAL VOLTAGES On request - price increases and minimum quantities to be defined. 60Hz: € 100,00 on Full, Elitech, Soft, Koral, Cube line; +2% on Evolution line WARRANTY CONDITIONS KRUPPS SRL agrees to replace or repair - at its sole discretion - only those parts of its products spoiled by an original defect. The warranty covers all parts that have manufacturing defects, excluding parts subject to wear, labour and shipping expenses. The warranty has a duration of 12 months from the date specified in the sales invoice of the Product, issued by KRUPPS SRL to the Dealer, and is valid if and only if the Product is intact and not altered by the Dealer and/or any third parties; properly installed and/or used in compliance with what is stated in the technical specifications and in the user and maintenance manual that the Dealer hereby declares to have received, and which forms an integral and essential part of the conditions. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not cover any equipment replacement. No warranty shall be applied by KRUPPS SRL to third parties regarding the sales agreement between KRUPPS SRL and the purchaser. 1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE DEALER During the warranty period, and covering any associated expenses, the Dealer agrees to provide the Product user with the labour necessary to: • replace one and/or several Product components; • return the Product to KRUPPS SRL following, in this case, the instructions received by the Company. The Dealer also agrees to instruct end users on the proper use and maintenance of the Product. 2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER Users shall use the Product, under penalty of forfeiting the warranty, in strict compliance with the instructions provided in the user and maintenance manual and in the technical specifications, and keep track of any daily, weekly and monthly routine maintenance plans, as specified in the user and maintenance manual accompanying the dishwasher. The User also agrees to comply with the maintenance plans required for electronic dishwashers and to promptly report any anomaly to the Dealer. It is only allowed to use detergents and liquid rinse aids for industrial dishwashers with low foaming power, not containing chlorine and with features suitable for dosing with peristaltic automatic dispensers. As stated in the user and maintenance manual, recommended dosages must be complied with. The User also agrees to never mix different chemical products and clean suction tubes on a monthly basis and/or at each change of chemical product. Perfect washing results can only be guaranteed solely and exclusively by using Krupps Detergents and Rinse aids. If not, no dispute of any kind will be accepted. 3. WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS The warranty does not cover any parts that are spoiled/damaged/ altered due to transport, incorrect installation, or installation that does not observe the user and maintenance manual and technical specifications, improper use and/or maintenance, changes and/ or procedures carried out by an unauthorised assistance service centre, location of the Product in a place/area not in accordance with the indications of the Manufacturer, tampering, use of nonpotable water, insufficient flow rate, abnormalities/anomalies of electrical and/or plumbing systems, aggressive and/or unsuitable detergents, over-voltage, inadequate voltage and current, use of non-original spare parts and/or otherwise, reasons not caused by the Manufacturer. The Dealer is solely responsible for testing the water entering the dishwasher in order to fulfil the minimum required quality standards (for the necessary hardness and pH values, please refer to the user and maintenance manual). The warranty excludes all parts damaged and/or altered due to using unsuitable chemical products; washing products that can damage the equipment; using tools and/or abrasive and/or unsuitable sponges to clean the dishwasher; and damage resulting from and/or connected to suspending use of the equipment. The warranty does not include components subject to wear such as lights, LCD displays, glass parts, interior and exterior accessories, consumables such as, by way of example, gaskets, detergent and rinse aid suction tubes, tubes inside detergent and rinse aid dispensers, mechanical seals of pumps and rotor arm bushes, etc... The warranty also excludes any installation and power supply system connection work, as well as any maintenance procedures as described in the user and maintenance manual. Assembly and commissioning must be carried out by personnel authorised and trained by KRUPPS SRL. 4. RETURN OF PARTS UNDER WARRANTY During the warranty period KRUPPS SRL agrees, at its sole discretion, to replace any parts with original defects. The latter shall be returned ex works KRUPPS SRL, together with a regular goods return note, a duly completed authorisation form bearing the serial number of the equipment that the component belongs to, and a brief description of the fault. Any labour fees required for replacement and any other accessory expenses are excluded. Spare parts shall always be sent on consignment, with a request for returning the faulty part no later than 60 days from the issue of the relative transport document. Upon receipt of the faulty part, a test will be conducted by the Krupps technical department, examining the case and deciding whether or not to honour the warranty. If the warranty is honoured for the part, a credit note will be issued. If no warranty is honoured and/or if parts are received later than the deadline of 60 days from the issue of the relative transport document, those parts shall be scrapped. REPLACEMENT MEANS THAT PARTS WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE, EXCLUDING ANY COMPLAINT AND/OR COMPENSATION CLAIM. THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY LABOUR AND/OR DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS. If the machine is repaired at one of the technical assistance service centres specified by the Manufacturer, any risks and transport costs will be borne by the User. The parts replaced and/or repaired under this warranty will not extend the original 12-month Product warranty. 5. WARRANTY EXTENSION TO 24 MONTHS For parts in the Full, Elitech, Soft and Koral dishwasher lines only, the warranty can be extended to 24 months from the date stated in the Product sales invoice issued by KRUPPS SRL to the Dealer. The warranty extension will be valid by connecting the dishwasher to KRUPPS SRL iKloud network strictly within 90 days from the date specified in the Product sales invoice issued by KRUPPS SRL to the Dealer. The warranty will be extended only after the User fills in the registration form available on the website app.krupps.it strictly within 90 days from the date specified in the Product sales invoice issued by KRUPPS SRL to the Dealer.
