60 Jahre Qualität Sito – gegründet im Jahr 1956 – wird nunmehr als Familienunternehmen in 3. Generation geführt. Heute steht Sito für eine Unternehmensgruppe mit 200 Mitarbeitern an zwei Standorten und gilt als kompeten- ter und zuverlässiger Partner für Handel und Industrie. Mit einer Vielzahl an langjährigen Geschäftsbeziehungen in mehr als 25 Ländern weltweit hat sich Sito mittlerweile eine marktführende Position im Bereich Reinigungshilfen erarbeitet. Allein die Exportrate von ca. 55% spricht für sich. Mit Beginn der Produktion von Schwämmen, im Jahr 1981, konnte ein substantielles Wachstum des Unternehmens erarbeitet werden. 1990 wurde die Fertigung nach Tschechien verlagert und sukzessive zu einer vollautomatischen Fertigung ausgebaut, sodass zwischenzeitlich weitere umsatzstarke Produktgruppen gefertigt werden können. Ein historischer Meilenstein in der nun über 60-jährigen Firmengeschichte, die die aktuellen Inhaber Erich Sickinger ( Senior ) seit über 60 Jahren und Manfred Sickinger ( Junior ) seit über 30 Jahren sowie ein Team an langjährigen Mitarbeitern, durch ihre Erfahrung prägen und für Kontinuität und Zuverlässigkeit stehen. Stetige Expansion, Optimierung der Fertigungsabläufe und Automatisierung des Maschinenparks ermöglichen die Fertigung kleiner und großer Chargen in hohem Qualitätsstandard. Der im Jahr 2015 fertiggestellte Hauptsitz des Unternehmens in Hergatz im Allgäu soll die Zukunft des Unterneh- mens sichern, um der wachsenden Nachfrage und den Standards am Markt gerecht zu werden. Production was transferred to the Czech Republic in 1990 and gradually expanded to fully automatic production, so that in the meantime further high- revenue product groups can be manufactured.
